DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pair of shoes and was delivered an empty shoebox.. I was shocked and reached out to customer service expecting to have them apologize for their mistake and offer expedited shipping to replace the item they very clearly forgot to check was in the box. Instead, I was sent to the claims process and my claim rejected (because the box had been delivered..? but empty which is nonsensical) and that they "reviewed cctv"). Clearly not well or they would have seen their employee opening the box and seeing it was empty.. Their styles are great but solely due to customer service I will never shop there again and recommend that no one else make the same mistake I did.

I have lost all trust in this company. I ordered multiple items online, which were shipped out separately. One of the shipments was missing two items. Customer service said they “reviewed CCTV” and confirmed all of the items were sent and they would not be refunding or replacing the items. (Basically insinuating what…that I was lying?)

I am now out hundreds of dollars for items I did not receive. Buyer please beware before placing trust in this company. It sounds like I am not the first person to experience this.

Awful! Spent thousands in their work stores and my first order an item was missing - 3 pack of t shirts. Contacted them immediately to ask if it was coming in another parcel but no they asked me to fill in a form for them to investigate - fine and completed same day. A week later they say they cannot replace or refund as everything left their warehouse!
I am disgusted as their email pretty much incinerated I was lying about the missing item! Never again!!!!

Just ordered an item with a first time discount! 15% didn’t discount, but on first glance looked as though it did as the VAT hadn’t been added! Very sneaky I thought? Got to check out and no discount! Never known a UK retailer not to automatically include VAT!

Klip low trainers. The leather is very soft and it got wrinkled really bad after first wear. Loved the design but that's just about it.

I am actually surprised while reading some bad reviews about All saints.
Being shopping in all saints for years both online and instore, never disappointed. Great quality clothing, great packaging and fast delivery. I have spent so much money on this brand lol! I deserve some discount

Very cool design! Very Nice quality.

I have purchased 2 tops from this brand in the last week, both of which have arrived to me absolutely covered in makeup. Spoke to someone from the live chat and via email, both responses made it known they couldn’t care less and to simply send it back. No interest whatsoever in dealing with the poor customer service I had received or the fact of sending out dirty products to customers, but judging from all these negative reviews - I don’t need to tell you to shop elsewhere! Customer service doesn’t exist with this over priced brand.

Terrible quality. Shirts shrink after washing

Their website is a nightmare. I'm trying to buy a hoodie for my boyfriend since YESTERDAY! Every step of processing the order I run into another issue. We live in 21st century, your products are not the cheapest, invest some money into running your website smoothly and customer friendly!

Massive thank you to Hayley at the Meadowhall store in Sheffield for her superb customer service helping my daughter choose the perfect leather jacket. She absolutely loves it.

Bought a pack of three crew neck t shirts. Looked great for the first wear. Washed them at 30 degrees and they all shrank…..two recently purchased shirts went the same way. Will not be shopping there again

Tried and tried to order a dress only to be advised that it couldn’t be delivered as it was a store sourced item. Contacted All Saints only to be asked to send the link I was given by them. Again tried and tried again to do this but their website couldn’t except the screenshot as it was too big. Reduced it but it still wouldn’t send it. In the end I asked them to check their website to fix the bug, help me or take it down as it obviously isn’t working only to discover that it was 11:10am and they were now closed. I have spent a LOT of money on All Saints items in the past but this has left a very sour note. Very very disappointed
